Appointments & orders
Booking an appointment through this site reserves a fitting time but does not guarantee availability until confirmed by phone or WhatsApp. Orders are placed once measurements are taken and fabric/style are agreed in person.
Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith based on current workload. Delays may occur; we will contact you if your order will not be ready by the estimated date.
Payments
Payment terms (deposit, balance, method) are agreed at the time of order and recorded against your order. Please retain your order number for reference and to track your order status.
Measurements on file
We retain your measurements to make future orders faster and more accurate. You may request that we update or delete these at any time.
